We are looking for a tourism/business student to work in an e-business travel company.
You will be part of an international team responsible for the promotion of various websites and different products. You will have direct contact with clients, work under the supervision of the customer support and marketing coordinator and will do intensive internet research.
The duration of the internship is 5/6 months.
The intern will be responsible for different projects in order to improve sales.
The responsibilities in Customer Support will include:
- Customer Attention by phone and email.
- Reservation Management.
- Invoice Control
- Direct Email Sales
- Booking System Analysis and Improvements
- Inquiry Analysis
- Product Catalog Control
The responsibilities in Marketing will include:
- Search Engine Optimization
- Competition Analysis
- Internet Advertising and Promotion
- Website Publication
- Buzz / Web 2.0 Marketing
Applicants must speak and write English fluently.
Other languages such as French, Spanish, Dutch or Italian are appreciated.
Applicants will be expected to be organized and disciplined with a strong work ethic.
The internship must be a requirement for your course/degree completion.
Computer Skills in Word, Excel and Internet research are required. EU citizens only.
